Return Policy

Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery date.  Returns will be accepted for exchange or store credit only.  No returns will be accepted without a Return #.  Please contact us at customerservice@runfierce.com for a Return #.  All clearance items are non-refundable.  The return # must be written on the outside of the return package or the item will be refused and returned to sender.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.   In order to serve you better, we would like to know the reason for your return/exchange.  Any credit card chargebacks or bounced checks will receive an automatic $25 charge.
